It is a film that tells the story of a beautiful woman and a young English writer who meets and falls in love. Different strange situations happen in their lives, allowing them are together until the end.

It is a beautiful and exciting story that lets you enjoy the clarity of true love which surpasses all situations and stands firm forever.

The movie is full of color and music, sound and motion, kinetic energy, song and dance, was a spectacular production.

Directed by Baz Luhrmann.

The movie is developed in Paris when Christian and Satine, a young couple fall in love in strange circumstances.  

It is a love story between Christian and Satine, two young people who meet and fall in love in strange circumstances, fighting for their love from the social and economic differences they have.

Christian and Satine are lead actors who live a real story of love. Christian tells his story of an impossible love with Satine the star of cabaret "Moulin Rouge" the most fascinating and attractive Montmartre´s district court.

All story starts with Christian, who decides to leave his bourgeois education, and against of the advice of his father he settled at Montmartre district of Paris. Once there, he began his career as a writer, which certainly puts love above all things.

Satine is the most acclaimed of all showgirls at the Moulin Rouge in Paris. Our protagonist tells the same story in the film; he is a poor writer who yearns to enjoy the true love and freedom. One night, thanks to a little misunderstanding, both meet and both fall in love.

He with his poetry and charm; Satine with her delicacy and sparkle, begin this fantastic story, but the magic ends when he realizes he is not who she thought: a millionaire who had to convince Duke to take her to the top.

Satine has to choose between the true love with her beloved writer and the Duke, who could help her financial difficulties.

A classical music story, where you to feel tenderness, pain, compassion, anger and jealousy. A sort of "musical" you will see that true love has no boundaries and that commitment there things you can get.
